Peter Kommer Parnall (born May 23, 1936) is an American artist and writer. Known for his wildlife works and most known for his work with birds. This is a great example of his work and a nice lithograph print from the edition of 1500. He is a Realist artist and this is a c.1980 print that is hand signed and numbered.
